The Cooking Lessons
The planning including all different cooking lessons given by Olivier Samson and his team will be available this summer.
The lessons, which will start in October 2009, will match the seasons in order to always use fresh products.
The accent will be put on culinary techniques such as cooking fish and meet, realize sauces and gravies and discover the creative desserts of Arnaud Visinoni.
And to celebrate the year end celebration, a special lesson will include the realization of a gastronomic feast.
