" It was in Brittany that my passion for fine cuisine was born. Memories of special moments with family and friends around a table accompany me in my work today.

Many years of practice amongst peers, whose skills were established in different regions, allowed me to explore and master many culinary techniques in order to derive the best part of the best products at the best moment.

The love of the terroir has returned with force in the kitchen. The clientele that we desire to please is making greater demands for authenticity.
They are searching for food that is real and natural, with particular sensory characteristics that we only find in produits du terroir.In using raw materials at just the right moment, that is to say seasonal, we manifest our respect for these materials.
Its at this precise moment that all the flavors are at their apogee and allow our taste buds to appreciate intense and natural aromas.
